Fantastic service , food was amazing, ( I had requested soya milk & vegan breakfast). Jacqui is a wonderful host. ❤️ Lovely room with great covered area outside , decked , even a deckchair & more. Quiet , relaxing, cosy & tea/ coffee making facilities too & a hairdryer as well ! Small yes but we loved it , chic decor & warm. Very " at home " cosy & friendly place to stay. Exceptionally clean , soo many extra touches too. Free parking , walking distance to the town centre , railway station & Tesco , if u need anything for yr stay. We had a perfect weekend & birthday celebration for my partner & we will be back some time soon hopefully. Glad we have found such a beautiful boutique hotel in such a great location. Perfect, thank you. XX

I stayed in ‘Kelling’ - the bed was very comfortable and the room itself was cozy. I really liked the garden terrace and also that it was quiet throughout the night. Lovely hot shower, towels, tv and tea and coffee along with biscuits provided for. Loved the quirky feel of the room. Unfortunately I couldn’t stay for breakfast but it was nice they take your order the night before should you want breakfast - you know what you’re getting. The host offered cereals and yogurts that could be left out in the morning as I needed to set of way before breakfast start time. I’m going to book this room again in the summer and stay longer this time!

Lovely bed & great tea/ coffee making facilities too. A small fridge is in the dining room should you need it. Thank you for everything ! XX

Jacquie & Dean were great hosts who were welcoming and friendly. We stayed in The Cley which is a beautifully decorated room with a really comfy bed. We had the best 2 nights sleep. My partner who is a light sleeper was happy to find eye masks were provided. The refreshment tray had a good range of supplies including Yorkshire tea. Breakfast also offered a good range and was lovely. On site parking was a bonus. The location is great for shops, pubs/restaurants, the beach or steakm train to Holt. Would definitely stay here again.

Next to the main road but quiet. Five minute walk to Sheringham centre. Bed was very comfortable and the room (room name was Kelling) was nicely decorated and very clean. There's a little seating area for this room through the patio doors if you want to sit outside. Decent sized tv, tea making facilities and biscuits. En suite was excellent, with a shower you could run around in. Breakfast was very good, and the host was very welcoming. Certainly one of the nicest B&B's we've stayed in.
